Tony Tony Chopper from the One Piece anime is a 15-year-old doctor and the fifth to join Monkey D Luffy's "Straw Hat Pirates." He is a blue-nosed reindeer, who ate the Devil Fruit Human Human which enables him to converse with humans and animals alike.
